WE ARE THE REPROBATES a collective from London who make rocking funky music for your listening pleasure!
THE GIRL changes from track to track but none the less tends to stay female.
Bexy Cameron (Cameron & Dirty Madre on myspace) provided the fat breathy vocal for Nothing Works, so named cos the studio was mostly broken when we recorded it. The vocal wonder Jo who we met at the Jam in Brixton (and who provided the after party) dished out the vocal necessaries for Crazy Mofo, while other vocalists include the jazz fantastic Clare Bender who is on A Love Song With No Love and Uhu Ura On Fire, where she is joined by one of the studio's reprobates: Running Water...............
OUR MUSIC is hard to pin down to a genre owing to the varying tastes of the musicians, engineers and general no good punks involved. It varies from Dub to Rock, to Electro, to funky hammond and everything else between, about the only thing thats stuck is the female vocal! Generally though, we make rocking funky music, that you can dance to or just nod your head if your that far gone ;Dlocation
